Adding the Customer Account Extension

Gift Card Hero enhances the customer account section by enabling customers to:

• View their gift cards
• Check gift card balances
• Reissue gift cards

How to Add the Gift Card Hero Customer Account Extension

1. Access Theme Settings:
   • Go to Shopify Admin → Online Store → Themes
   • Find the theme where you want to add the extension

   • Click Customize

     

• Navigate to Customer Accounts:

  • Click on Checkout and customer accounts

    

• Add the Extension:
  • Click on the Apps gear icon (⚙️)
  • Select Gift Card Hero - "My Gift Cards"

  • Click on Accounts

    

    
    

• Enable and Save:

  • Press "Add to menu"

    

  • Enter a preferred menu label

    

  • Click Save

Your extension is now active and available in the new Shopify customer accounts.
